Our focus is to deliver a great meal and service experience so that our customers come back each day. We spend time working with our individual schools and listen to our customers to ensure we are exceeding their expectations.

We take the time and attention needed to ensure that we provide exciting and interesting choices for all pupils and staff to enjoy. We cater for special dietary requirements, advise on allergens in menus and offer gluten-free alternatives for all dishes.

Our food concepts give the school dining facilities an identity and create a destination point to help speed of service. For example:

Mi-Restaurant serves our traditional hot and hearty meals, with a meat and vegetarian option available daily, along with complementary seasonal vegetables, hot desserts, fresh fruit and homemade yoghurt.

Mi-Choice offers an alternative choice of hot food to Mi-Restaurant. We serve hot topped pasta, filled jacket potatoes, paninis, wraps and pizza and feature special theme dishes from around the world so our customer have the opportunity to try something different and learn about the countries where the dish originated.

Mi-Deli serves a wide range of freshly made sandwiches, baguettes, wraps, pasta and couscous pots.

We offer a full salad bar with a wide range of salad options and we activity encourage pupils to try some with their meal.

Our daily yoghurt bar uses homemade yoghurt with a range of toppings including chopped fruit, fruit coulis, raisins, pieces of flapjack or home bakes.

A takeaway option can be available if time is at a premium and Mi-Deli is available as a pre-order service where lunch can be ordered earlier in the day for collection at lunchtime.
